Line Dance Fitness
Line Dance Fitness is a low impact workout and fun all wrapped into one class. Whether you have two left feet or are a seasoned dancer, line dancing is movement to music that doesn’t require any dance skills whatsoever. We select dances to represent a cross-section of music styles, including Top 40, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country and much more. You never need a partner in our Line Dancing Lessons but feel free to bring along some friends and have a lot of fun. Plus, you get exercise without realizing you are actually exercising.

Silver Sneakers® is designed for Baby Boomers to have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
