Dance and dance fitness are simply walking to the beat of the music. No matter what your physical condition or knowledge level, we can teach you to move. Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, from all walks of life. We break every move down to its smallest form to ensure you master it. Over time, you will increase your physical ability and be able to accomplish more challenging moves.
Whether you have a partner or not, there is always someone to dance with. Our dance team is at every class to make introductions to community members, answer questions and of course practice with everyone. Couples are encouraged to dance with everyone too. While it is not required to do so, you will learn faster and have more fun if you dance with people of all skill levels. Our classes are a community that welcomes all to participate.
