Your use and access of the Site and the services offered through the Site is governed by and subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By entering, accessing, browsing, submitting information to or otherwise using this site and the content available, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and possess the legal right and ability to agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, please do not use the Site or any services offered through the Site. Waiver and Release

Should you choose to take classes with us, you understand that you have enrolled yourself in a program of physical activity. You realize that participants are under no pressure to physically exert themselves beyond my/his/her capacity and it is the participants responsibility to use personal judgment concerning the degree of their participation in all activities. You affirm that you am in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. You fully understand that the activities involve risks of serious bodily injury, which may be caused by your own actions, inactions, or those of others participating in the event and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the activities. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Talkin’ Body LLC, their respective agents, employees and volunteers from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part. You have read the Waiver and Release and understand that by particpating freely and without any inducement intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. You agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
